If anything is rated lower, we will thoroughly investigate why, aiming to provide you with a response within 48 hours.

If any 1-3 star feedback and reviews are left, whether it’s via our feedback form above, or our affiliated platform, Trustpilot, we investigate each one with the correct in-house department, following regulatory procedures, to provide you with a correct reflection of the matter at hand.

We always urge our customers to voice their feedback via the above form, or verified platforms first, allowing us the chance to resolve the matter or arrive at a mutual outcome. However, if you have been through this process and are still unhappy with the service received from us, we will log your concerns as a formal complaint.

In most cases, issues raised in feedback forms or via Trustpilot, can be resolved faster because they are put in front of the correct members of experienced staff who are dedicated to responding and resolving any feedback; turning the negative into a positive and empathising with our customers.
